3 Ingredient Equinox Moon Pies

The Deep South snack staple made in less time than it takes to stand an egg on its side.

Ingredients

1 box of your favorite shortbread cookie

1 jar marshmallow fluff

1 jar Purveyors Kitchen Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce

Directions

1Arrange your cookies flat side down on a wire rack over foil or napkin. Moon pies are messy, this will alleviate clean up.

2Spoon a few teaspoons of marshmallow fluff on each cookie. How much fluff you use depends on the size of cookie you’re using.

3Top each cookie half with cookie flat side down.

4Remove lid off the jar of your Purveyors Kitchen Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce. Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute or until slightly loose.

5Spoon over chocolate sauce on each Moon Pie as desired or drizzle it on Jackson Pollack style. Serve to kids of all ages.
