Fried Cheese Crisps

A quick and easy trick to transform simple cheese into a satisfying snack.

  • Prep: 5 mins

  • Yields: 12 Crisps


2 cups hard cheese like parmesan or cheddar, shredded or grated

Fresh pepper and your choice of herbs, to garnish


1Place nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

2Spoon 2 tbsp. of cheese onto heated skillet for each 2''-3'' round.

3Allow cheese to melt & bubble and edges to turn golden brown. Cook for about 3 minutes,

4Flip with a spatula and continue cooking for about 2 minutes.

5Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining cheese. Season as desired. Serve as a snack or garnish for salads, soups, etc.

We recommend using cheddar, parmesan or another easily grated or shredded cheese.
