Harvest Green Beans

A side of greens that’s light on calories but big on fresh Autumn flavor.

- Yields: 4-6 servings
1Place green beans, butter, salt, pepper and butter in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil.
2Once boil is achieved, remove lid and allow water to evaporate over high heat.
3Once most of the water has boiled off, add Purveyors Kitchen Raspberry Walnut Dressing. Continue cooking until sauce coats beans, about 3-5 minutes.
4Place green beans on a clean plate.
5Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Serve.
Want an even lighter side? Skip the butter: they'll still be tasty.
