
Parmesan Broccoli

A broccoli side bursting with fresh flavor that you’ll actually want to eat.

- Yields: 4-6 servings
Directions
1Place a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Purveyors Kitchen Meyer Lemon Infused EVOO.
2Once oil starts to ripple, add all your seasonings and fry lightly.
3Once you smell toasty garlic, add your broccoli all at once. Toss in the oil and seasonings. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover for 2 minutes.
4Remove lid, add parmesan cheese and stir. Allow remaining liquid to evaporate.
5Move broccoli to a serving plate and hit it with a little extra parmesan cheese as desired.
Not a fan of broccoli? Any sturdy green like broccoli rabe or even cauliflower work great here.
