Puffed Kamut Treats

A healthier lunchbox treat that doesn't sacrifice on yum factor.

- Yields: 12 bars
1Grease a 9x13 pan with no stick spray. Grease your largest bowl with no stick spray. Toss in puffed kamut, dried fruit and almonds. Toss until well incorporated.
2Spray a small non-stick pan with more no stick spray. Melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and honey.
3Once a white, smooth and sugary mass is achieved, carefully pour into kamut mix.
4Using a greased spatula, mix until a homogenous mass is achieved. Quickly place mass into prepared pan and push down using greased hands until a solid even block is achieved. Allow to set 10 minutes.
5Remove block from pan and slice as desired. Serve to kids of all ages.
No puffed kamut handy? Puffed brown rice works awesome too.
