Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Ball with Kicky Caramel Sauce

The best flavors of fall come together in a pretty quick dish that's great for a crowd. Pumpkin, pecans, brown sugar & spice...with a slightly boozy drizzle of yummy caramel.

- Yields: 6-8 servings
Kicky Caramel Sauce
1Beat first 3 ingredients together until smooth. Chill for at least an hour.
2Mix graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar & melted butter. Press onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in 350º oven for about 20 min.
3When cool, crumble into very small pieces & mix with pecans. Coat pumpkin cream cheese mixture in graham pecan crumbs & form into a ball. Chill for at least an hour.
4Combine liquor & caramel sauce. Stir well. Plate the cheesecake ball, drizzle with sauce & serve with sliced apples, cookies & graham crackers.
Feel free to substitute another fruit butter for the pumpkin butter. Apple, pear & quince butters are delicious too. Feeling really frisky? Try a combo!
