Smoky BBQ Burger

An All-American burger made with an All-American BBQ Sauce.

For patties

2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Sliced Gouda Cheese

For Burgers

Sweet Brioche Buns


French fried onions

Sliced tomatoes

Purveyors Kitchen Smooth and Spicy BBQ Sauce


1Lightly fold salt into ground beef. Allow to come to room temp.

2Preheat a grill pan to medium-high. Lightly toast sliced hamburger buns. Any bun works, but anything soft and sweet works great here. Set toasted buns aside.

3Form beef into patties. Cook on high on the preheated grill pan, flipping only once, 5 mins per side for medium-well. When taking burgers off to clean plate to cool, top with cheese slices.

4To assemble: spread mayo on bottom bun. Top with rested beef patty. Top with tomato and friend fried onions.

5Spread plenty of Purveyors Kitchen Smooth and Spicy BBQ Sauce over top bun. Press onto bottom half of burger. Make a mess and enjoy.

Feel free to put two or three patties into one burger. 'MERICA.
