Tricky Dick’s Stuffed Burgers

A burger stuffed with tasty secrets, loved by Presidents and civilians alike.

- Yields: 3 big burgers
1Season your beef to your liking. Divide into six equal patties.
2Press meat into a flat patty. Top with shredded cheese. Spoon on a tablespoon or so of Purveyors Kitchen Smoky Bacon Ketchup. Top with another flattened patty. Repeat with the rest of the meat.
3Fry stuffed patties on a skillet or grill to desired temperature, 5-6 minutes each side for medium-well.
4Spread top half with smoky bacon ketchup. Spread mayo on bottom half of hamburger bun. Top with meat, followed by sliced tomato, onion and lettuce. Top burger with the other half of the hamburger bun.
5Serve to presidents, civilians and everyone in between.
Use any cheese you like: we like sharp white cheddar.
