Tuscan Bruschetta

Garlic, good bread and lemon-kissed EVOO make a bruschetta that accompanies any home-cooked Italian meal.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings


1 small baguette

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup parsley

1/4 cup Purveyors Kitchen Meyer Lemon Infused EVOO


1Slice a small baguette into uniform slices.

2In a small mortar and pestle, grind garlic cloves, salt, pepper and parsley until pulverized.

3Drizzle in Purveyors Kitchen Meyer Lemon Infused EVOO and grind until combined.

4Brush your flavored oil mixture onto your bread slices and arrange on a small foil lined sheet. Broil until lightly golden, around 3-5 minutes.

5Allow to cool slightly and serve alone or as an accompaniment to a yummy Italian meal.

Try any mix of herbs, fresh or dried that you like.
