Artichoke Dip 3 Ways

One recipe, three delicious ways to enjoy America’s favorite hot dip.

1 cup frozen spinach, drained and chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

1/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

8 oz. cream cheese, warmed for 30 seconds in microwave

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flake

1/4 tsp dried Italian herbs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

To serve

Baguettes or rolls


1Add warm cream cheese to a large glass bowl. Stir in mozzarella, sour cream, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.

2Add chopped veggies and all herbs and spices. Stir to combine.

3Spoon into greased gratin dish. Top with shredded mozzarella. Broil a few minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with sliced United Bread baguettes.

4For rolls: slice off the top of the dinner rolls. Fill with dip. Place in toaster oven and cook on medium toast setting, uncovered.

5For french bread pizza: slice baguettes lengthwise. Spread dip on bread and top with cheese and any other desired toppings. Toast in toaster or conventional oven until cheese is melted. Allow to cool a few minutes before enjoying.

Not looking for just a snack? Toss with cooked pasta and bake for a hearty and satisfying meal.
